In February 2001, Warren Adelman was appointed president and chief executive officer of NeoPlanet, Inc. A co-founder of the company, Adelman served as executive vice president of business development from 1999 to 2001, playing a pivotal role in NeoPlanet's initial funding and spin-off from its parent company Bigfoot International, Inc. in New York.
Further, Adelman was central in establishing NeoPlanet's partnerships with Terra Lycos, USA Networks, MTV, Universal Studios, Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records, New Line Cinema and Network Associates, Inc. Prior to NeoPlanet, Adelman was vice president of business development for Bigfoot International from 1997 to 1999, where he initiated some of the industry's first trackable e-mail marketing campaigns for companies such as Microsoft, Eddie Bauer, Oppenheimer Funds and Network Associates. Adelman also established partnerships with BellSouth, Hotmail, Snap, InfoSeek, ICQ, ZDNet, and Look Smart. He served as an executive liaison to Acxiom Corporation, Bigfoot's strategic investor and database marketing partner.
Prior to Bigfoot, Adelman was vice president of business development and communications at IFusion, a pioneer in Internet content management and delivery. Prior to that, Adelman spent six years in international relations at the Israeli Embassy in Washington, D.C., where he served as chief of public affairs. Prior to his service in Washington, Adelman was an officer in the Israel Defense Forces. Adelman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and history at the University of Toronto. Born in Hamilton, Canada, Adelman currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Robert Danoff joined NeoPlanet, Inc. in August 1999, bringing 10 years experience in consumer online marketing of products and services both nationally and internationally, and a total of 18 years experience in traditional consumer marketing. As senior vice president of marketing, Danoff oversees targeting, acquisition and retention within NeoPlanet product lines. Danoff is credited with the broad expansion of the company's national marketing campaign, beginning with NeoPlanet version 5.1.
Prior to joining NeoPlanet, Danoff was vice president of marketing for Wells Fargo Bank, Southwest Region, where he spearheaded customer migration strategies toward new banking media. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, he served as director of consumer marketing and product development for American Express Company's Interactive Travel Group. While at American Express, Danoff directed the launch of the company's first transaction oriented Web site with SET protocol, and served as a key product liaison to Microsoft and America Online. Danoff was awarded the American Express "President's Award" in 1995. Between 1983 and 1994, Danoff held executive posts at American Airlines' SABRE Travel Information Network; QDAT Corporation, a venture-backed electronic travel ticket delivery network; and other consumer travel enterprises.
Danoff earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Mexico and was awarded a fellowship to the Washington Campus in Washington, D.C. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Mexico, where he graduated with distinction. Born in New Mexico in 1957, Danoff resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Carl Martineau joined NeoPlanet Inc. in 1999, bringing nearly 10 years of expertise in product management of development processes. As vice president of engineering/chief architect, Martineau oversees NeoPlanet's Engineering division, including development, quality assurance and operations. He is instrumental in a number of major developments for the company's product line, including bringing to market NeoPlanet 2.1, 5.0, 5.1 and 5.2.
Prior to joining NeoPlanet, Martineau served as director of development for WavePhore WaveTop in Phoenix, a system that broadcasts Web content over TV signals, allowing users to view content on their PCs without an Internet connection. There, he directed a team of developers throughout the development and deployment processes of WaveTop 2.0. Prior to that, Martineau served in various engineering capacities at a number of companies, including director/system architect at IFusion Com Corporation, Mesa, Arizona; software engineer at Motorola, Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona; senior software engineer at BTG, Inc., Vienna, Virginia; and c omputer systems analyst at the National Security Agency in Fort George G. Meade, Maryland.
Martineau earned an M.S. degree in computer science from The John Hopkins University, and a B.S. degree in computer science from Utah State University. Born in Utah in 1964, Martineau currently resides in Mesa, Arizona.

Richard Weinroth joined NeoPlanet, Inc. in April 2000, bringing more than 15 years of expertise in the private practice of law. As vice president, general counsel and secretary, Weinroth oversees all legal facets of NeoPlanet's business activities.
Prior to joining NeoPlanet, Weinroth served as legal counsel to issuers and underwriters in the issuance of more than $10 billion in publicly and privately offered securities. In addition, Weinroth represented numerous public and private companies and their officers and directors on corporate, administrative and business planning matters. Weinroth served as general counsel of the Securities Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission, the agency responsible for regulating securities transactions throughout the state, from 1993 to 1997.
Weinroth earned a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Chicago Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Lafayette College. Weinroth is a published author and co-author of articles on various corporate and securities topics. He earned the distinguished AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Weinroth is a member of the State Bar of Arizona; the Securities Council of the Securities Regulation Section of the State Bar of Arizona; and the American Bar Association. Born in New York in 1958, Weinroth currently resides in Phoenix.
